We can develop systems for Microsoft Office products that will customise the programme to your requirements. And whether you want a client management and booking system, a financial analysis system or simply the ability to create form letters from a list of names and addresses, we can set it up for you.

 One of the first things many small businesses do is to get company stationary printed up. But this can mean a large cost up-front. without the ability to  make changes if the business undergoes changes, such as a change of phone number, which can leave boxes of useless letterhead. By having a letterhead created and stored on the computer, it means letterhead is printed as it is needed, and it can be modified with minimum effort.
Additionally, by creating quote sheets and invoice forms on the computer, it means copies can be stored electronically, making record keeping easier and filing system simpler.

 With the Internet such an important part of the modern world, it is increasingly important to be able to take advantage of what it can offer. Most companies will need to have one or more email address, and it always looks more professional when the email address reads someone@mycompany.co.uk rather then me@hotmail.com. We can help obtain your company name and set up multiple email accounts on multiple computers to fully use it.

 These days it seems that, almost irrespective of what your company does, you need to have a web site. We offer a range of services, from a simple and inexpensive single page hosting and domain holding service through to a full design and maintenance service will full monitoring, updating and status reports.
