We are now starting our 6th year of trading as a computer training company. During this time other businesses have come and gone, yet we continue. IT training is a competitive field, and if you don’t deliver the goods you quickly go under.
We are a Computer Training Company
We are first and foremost a computer training company, and it this that we live or die on. Since starting we have expanded our services to include other related areas, but in all cases these have been at the request of existing clients and have helped to ensure a complete service.
Unlimited Phone Support
All clients are entitled to free phone support. This can range from answering technical questions through to advising on what equipment to purchase. Where possible we will endevour to solve problems over the phone, and will advise where this is not possible. And as our contact number is a local 01424 number, clients can call knowing they won’t be facing the 50p/minute some helplines charge.
We’re a Local, Family-Owned Business
We’re proud to be a part of the local community, and look to work with local businesses and organisations. We are extremely proud of our relationships with the Hands off The Conquest campaign and the Friends of Sure Start group.
Unique Training Methods
The training methods and materials used by Danaseg are different from the standard “press this button” method favoured by many trainers. We help people to understand what they are doing and develop confidence so they can do what they want. A large number of our clients had previously tried other training courses and given up, but they have used us repeatedly.
Our Training Style
We aim to make learning fun, and our training style mixes patience and humour with an understanding of the problems computers pose to the over 30s. Our focus is on helping those who didn’t grow up with computers and have decided that they want to benefit from them now.
